Better get back to the reed panes, now and this time I will get it right. With the kind help of Alf and his amazing machinery, a set of maple sticks with the required dimensions are produced. This is a typical case of "professional tools required”…
First step is to get the ol' razor saw out and cut the small inter-connecting walls (56 pcs). After that I spend 2 hours on Alf's circular sander, grinding down the wall widths to 13.0 mm +/- 0.1 mm. Great stuff. Routing the walls is next.
