Many small details now: I have to make small cut-outs in the reed pans to give room for the "fat" part of the reed (where the rivet sits) and the rivet.
Since I now have the proper vowen felt (used for piano repair, the whole thing is full of felt), a test jig is made to determine the button holes diameter.
