Now, the levers: individually designed in a drawing program and printed to paper. Each little outline is glued to a strip of 1 mm brass plate. The outlines are coarsely cut with a razor saw, filed in shape and polished (still the left side levers to do, sigh...)
I make the longest lever as a trial. Tiny 1.6 mm round brass is cut into small lengths, to form rivets. The long lever is riveted, looks good.

I better buy lots of jigsaw blades…
