The air holes in the reed pan were the source of the disaster last summer, due to (an unusual amount of) ignorance and a little misconception.
The drawings are now changed, they look good, so here we go:

The pin router is new, expensive and very, very good. Here’s the result:

This means that there are no more (routing) operations on the reed pans. Happy man!
Oh, yes - there are more stuff to do: next is to make the little walls between the main walls, valves, and the stop pins for the valves. Never a dull moment...
